What do I do if I purchased fake inks from an outside source (i.e. not direct from INTENZE and not from an authorized distributor listed on the INTENZE site)?

If you purchased from a third party seller not listed on our site or if your product is not what you expected, please contact us at sales@intenzeproducts.com with the Batch and Lot #s and photos of your purchased ink so we can further assist.
